    If you would like to know what you could do to change my review it would be train your staff better on what to do when something goes wrong. How about calling me a tow truck? Or suggesting a reputable towing company? Or maybe helping me out with the $900+ I'm out of pocket after visiting your business? Don't try to throw another auto shop under the bus when you have no idea how the damage was cause.
