  The community here is great. The tenants are all extremely friendly, its a safe neighbourhood with a good location. Rates are a little on the higher side. Apartments and property has been clean. For the most part ive enjoyed living here, but the reason I have given two stars is because the management here has been extremely unpleasant to deal with and this appears to be a shared experience amongst tenants here. The property manager has an awful attitude. She is extremely condescending and rude. it seems lost on her that she is here to service the tenants and not the other way around. The maintenance is also constantly having to enter my apartment and they have done so without prior notice, or irregular hours such as 10pm or early in the morning. I completely agree with the review posted by the tenant above in that the management here needs a complete overhaul. tenants satisfaction would be much higher.
